Moon's Founder and CEO Ken Kruger said on Episode 27 of The Kevin Rooke Show that 90% of Moon's payment volume occurs on the Lightning Network.

Moon offers users the ability to pay using either Coinbase or the Lightning Network, and is planning to launcj on-chain Bitcoin payments soon.
